On the base of our advanced preparative technology in fluorine chemistry, we have successfully developed new electrolyte salts for aluminum electrolytic capacitors and carbon-based electrochemical double-layer capacitors, low-viscosity ionic liquids (e.g. hydrophobic ionic liquids with bis(trifluoromethanesulfony)imide (TFSI), bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (FSI), perfluoroethyltrifluoroborate (C2F5BF3),and so on), and lithium salts (LiTFSI, LiFSI, and LiC2F5BF3) for secondary lithium batteries.
